So this makes it possible for easy drilling in even complicated parts and surfaces. Thus we use rotating hinges and connectors with motor mount and supporting structure to design and fabricate a mini 360 degree drill for easy drilling operations.
Solidworks Design & Simulation of Staircase Climbing Trolley
Goods transportation locally is highly dependent on manual trolleys. They are used in warehouses, construction sites, malls, residential relocations etc. These trolleys have a very huge limitation when it comes to stairs. They can only move on flat surfaces and moving them over a staircase is a very hectic task. So here we propose a smartly designed staircase climbing trolley. The trolley is smartly designed to carry goods up and down on staircases as well as on flat grounds and even rough terrains. The trolley makes use of a triple interlinked wheel arrangement that allows it to do so. The mechanism uses a trolley with a support wheel arrangement which will be used for support when at rest and will be suspended in air while the trolley is moved by lifting it. The interlinked wheel mechanism consists of 3 freely moving wheels. These wheels are connected to a connecting rod. There 3 such connecting shafts for each wheel with a main rod connecting through a free moving bearing mechanism to the three rods.

So here we propose a smart speed breaker that generates power. The reciprocating motion of the speed breaker is converted into rotary motion using the rack and pinion arrangement. We design a smart speed breaker that can pass vehicles coming from both sides and yet generate energy from it. The system makes use of mechanical assembly with metal sheets with linkages that press down with spring arrangement. The system makes use of the speed breaker press and then uses a rack and pinion arrangement to press down and run generator motor thus generating energy. The spring mechanism is the used to drive the speed breaker back into original position. It converts rotary motion into linear motion, but sometimes we use them to change linear motion into rotary motion.

The system makes use of rack and pinion arrangement coupled with efficient gearing mechanism to drive mini generators that produce energy when pressed. No extra space is required to turn the vehicle. In this system, each of the 4 wheels has given drive with DC motors, so it can rotate 360 degree. 360-degree rotating wheel is controlled by RF remote.

Our system makes use of the gripping rod connected to spring based motorized mechanism having rack pinion arrangement and multiple motors to power the system and generate power. The system aims to provide resistance to forearms movement while generating power from the same thus serving dual purpose. The machine makes use of 3 motor arrangement to provide 3 levels of generation capability. The machine aims to generate electricity through horizontal motion created while working our forearms. In a dual shaper machine, materials are shaped from both sides, which makes it more advantageous than usual shaper. Dual Shaper machine helps industries to achieve high production rate at a minimal amount of time and cost. Dual Shaper machine reduces the production cost as well as the time. In this project, a dual side shaper machine is designed with the help of quick return mechanism, the rotary motion of the motor is converted into linear motion of the tool which shapes the material mounted on the vice from both the side. The quick return mechanism converts rotary motion into reciprocating motion, but unlike the crank and slider, the forward reciprocating motion is at slower rate than the return stroke. DC motor is connected with the mechanism with the help of chain and sprocket. Whole mechanism is built on rugged metal frame.
